How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get 14 days of Pro features — no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account moves to the free Starter tier. You keep all your data and can upgrade anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your organization settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry the charge and notify you by email. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. If not resolved, your account moves to the Starter tier — no data is lost.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save roughly 15% compared to monthly. Contact us for annual pricing on Business and Enterprise tiers.
What counts as a "team" per event?
Each team that joins a specific trivia event counts toward the limit. The same team can participate in unlimited different events.
